it's ok productThe description states, "includes pressboard-reinforced insert for extra support on bottom panel." These inserts were not included, which makes them not much better than regular hanging folders. Without the inserts, difficult to use for "extra capacity" as intended. Even though the description states that the inserts are included, no where on the box does it mention them, although it does show one in a picture on the box. Too much trouble and time to return them, and no guarantees that ordering again or ordering a different kind would provide needed inserts. Disappointing! Amazon needs to provide accurate descriptions and/or Pendaflex needs to provide described items!These are wonderful for so many things.They didn’t come with the insertable tabs you write on! The package included the plastic tab holders that go on the file folders, but not the tab inserts! And I can’t find a template online for the life of me.These are sturdy enough to hold quite a few papers in each one. Will purchase when needed again. These did not fit my plastic square hanging file store bix (Kis; blue lud from CTC) ... they wete about 1/4 inch too deep once you put paper in folder - plastic tab/label gets crushed.
