Packaging for MEMBRAN's COUNTRY & WESTERN 10 disc set is a marvel of compactness. The CDs are stored in individual stock paper sleeves within a hinged hi-gloss heavy paper box that's barely an inch in depth. Sleeves are also gloss-coated and provide a playlist with running times on the backs. (NOTE: It was necessary to correct playlist errors in artist and/or song names.) There's no liner notes.Condition of these antique 78 sides is darn good. Processing or filtering that eliminate surface crackle do so without destroying audio range.There's artists among these 200 sides, such as Nelstone's Hawaiians (a '20s folk group from Alabama) that the average C&W fan will never have heard of. Thus the strongest appeal of this eclectic gathering.
